True intimacy is the ability to give and receive love.
Psalm's unique approach goes beyond the mind and uses the physical techniques to unlock the secret power in the body. The practice rewires the nervous system by creating power surges to break-up negative patterns. Thus, retraining the body to take in more pleasure and love versus holding onto old stories of fear and pain.
Many of us struggle with not feeling worthy of giving and receiving love. This blockage causes pain in our bodies, minds and emotions and keeps us from growing into our most powerful self. Doing this work retrains you on a cellular level to release negative patterns in the mind so you can experience freedom in your body and the emotions.
The ability to give and receive love is one of our greatest human needs. In the Power to Love workshop, you will experience how to open to this need for yourself or to share with a partner. You can work with visualizing a specific person and practice giving and receiving love with them in meditation. Or, you can work with a broader sense of love.

Exhale: Give that love back
